Mancini Spaghettoni Quadrati are thick, square-cut spaghetti made from durum wheat grown on the company's own fields in Italy. The pasta is extruded through bronze dies and slowly dried for 40-44 hours at low temperatures (36-46°C), creating a rough surface that holds sauce well. These spaghettoni have a square cross-section, measure 2.4 mm wide and 260 mm long, and are designed for an authentic, flavorful, and textured Italian dish, with a recommended cooking time of 12-14 minutes
