About Us

Dolma Food, a local market in downtown Moncton, has been serving our community with fresh, local, high-quality food for the past 16 years. Our focus has been to support local farmers by providing them with a space to offer our community their products seven days a week. All meat sold in our store or used in our house-made products is locally grown and antibiotics-free. We work with a couple of local farmers for our root vegetables and greens. All our seafood products are ocean clean. Those that come from fish farms are farmed inland and do not contaminate ocean species. Most of our imported European products come from small family-run farms and producers. We strongly believe in the farm-to-table philosophy.

We share Dolma Cuisine’s soups and ready-to-eat meals, made in our production kitchen, with like-minded markets across New Brunswick. We are humbled by the community’s support and trust they have given us since we opened; this has allowed us to continue doing what we love. Our team believes in creating a fun and personalized shopping experience for everyone who visits our market. We are by no means perfect, but we try to learn and improve every day.
