MANCHINI Curve

Mancini Curve is a 500g package of artisanal pasta made from semolina and water, using durum wheat grown and harvested by the company itself. The "Curve" shape is a conscious, sustainable product, created from the discarded ends of spaghetti or linguine that were hung to dry on racks. Shaped using circular bronze dies and slow-dried at low temperatures, these pasta pieces are known for their rough texture, which helps them hold sauce, and their characteristic 35mm length and 2.2mm diameter.
