MANCHINI Chitarra

Mancini Chitarra is an artisanal, square-cut pasta made from durum wheat grown on the company's own fields in Italy. Produced using bronze die plates for a textured surface that holds sauce well, it is slow-dried at low temperatures to preserve flavor and nutrients. The "chitarra" shape, named after a traditional stringed tool, results in a firm, chewy, square-sectioned noodle, 260 mm long, with a typical cooking time of 8-10 minutes.
