Les Canardises Royal Duck Rillettes

Our 100% duck rillettes are carefully prepared with the finest cuts of duck and premium ingredients, such as our hand-shredded duck confit. Emulsified with real pieces of foie gras, our Royal Rillettes are undoubtedly the most decadent version of our rillettes.

Instructions for use and storage: Refrigerate three hours before serving. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Open both lids and gently push towards the wider end. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Recommended accompaniments: Our rillettes are perfect for brunch. Spread on a good country-style bread, they can also be added to a salad for a protein boost. Serve them with onion confit, fresh figs, and pears.

Wines and spirits  : Full-bodied red wine.
