Les Canardises Duck with Spaghetti Sauce

This 100% duck version of the classic spaghetti sauce . Once again, an authentic recipe where all the ingredients are cooked on-site. Slow-simmered with our homemade duck stock, this sauce will be one of the most flavorful and delicious you've ever tasted.

Recommended accompaniments: Just like your favorite pasta dishes , we accompany our sauce with freshly grated parmesan.

Instructions for use and storage:

Saucepan: Reheat over low heat, covered, for approximately 12-15 minutes
Ingredients : Duck meat, pureed tomatoes, duck stock, celery, onions, carrots, red wine, mushrooms, fine duck fat, parsley, garlic, Guérande salt, tomato paste, corn starch, sugar, bicarbonate, herbs of Provence, pepper, spices.
