Les Canardises Duck Chili

This 100% duck version of the famous Chili Con Carne. A reinvented stew, heavily inspired by family traditions, with a touch of dark chocolate. A flavorful blend of ground duck, slowly simmered with beans, tomatoes, and spices—sure to delight any connoisseur.

Recommended accompaniments: Just like Chili Con Carne , it can be enjoyed with tortilla chips or fragrant rice, not forgetting sour cream and chopped coriander.

Instructions for use and storage:

Saucepan: Reheat over low heat, covered, for approximately 12-15 minutes
Ingredients  : Duck meat, duck stock, red beans, diced tomatoes, onions, red peppers, fine duck fat, garlic, Guérande salt, unsweetened dark chocolate , herbs of Provence, spices.
