Our cream, made exclusively with duck foie gras, is prepared with 60% foie gras, preserving its authentic flavor while giving it a light and smooth texture. We've added maple syrup and an 8-year-old Charles-Aimé Robert liqueur. Its complex, roasted flavors perfectly complement our foie gras cream.

Instructions for use and storage: Refrigerate three hours before serving. Allow to come to room temperature 15-20 minutes before opening to facilitate unmolding. Open both lids and gently push towards the wider end. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Recommended accompaniments: Our duck foie gras mousse is perfect for creating appetizers. Spread it on plain or walnut crackers, or use it to make small savory cream puffs filled with foie gras. Serve it with onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs, and pears.

Wines and spirits  : Dry red wine, great white Burgundy wines, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh, Jurançon….

Ingredients  : Free-range duck foie gras, milk, fine duck fat, duck liver, eggs, Charles-Aimé Robert maple-based alcoholic beverage, maple syrup, salt and pepper, spices.
