Les Canardises Classic Duck Rillettes

100% duck rillettes are carefully prepared with the finest cuts of duck and premium ingredients, such as our hand-shredded duck confit. A must-have for your gatherings!

Instructions for use and storage: Refrigerate two hours before serving. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Open both lids and gently push towards the wider end. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Recommended accompaniments: Our rillettes are perfect for brunch. Spread on a good baguette, they are the perfect complement to your cheese platters. They can also be served with onion confit, fresh figs, and walnuts.

Wines and spirits  : White wine from the Loire or Burgundy, Red wines of your choice
