Les Canardises Bluebberies Duck Terrine

Our duck terrine is carefully prepared with top-quality ingredients. Made with duck breast, Quebec pork, and a delicious blend of spices and blueberries.

Instructions for use  and storage:  Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving. Serve chilled. Open both lids and gently push towards the wider end. Refrigerates after opening and will keep for 3-6 days.

Recommended accompaniments:  Our terrine is perfect for brunch. Spread it on a good, lightly toasted baguette. It can be served with onion confit, fruit jelly or jam, fresh figs, and pears.

Wines and spirits  : White wine from the Loire or Burgundy, Red wines of your choice

Ingredients  : Duck meat, Pork meat, Eggs, Onions, Dried blueberries (blueberries, cane sugar, sunflower oil), Salt, Garlic, Spices.
