Introducing our House made Chicken Curry — a delicious, flavorful dish made with only the finest ingredients. We use Springbrook Chicken, perfectly paired with onion, jalapeno, and ginger to deliver a rich, aromatic base. Coconut milk adds a creamy texture, while apple cider vinegar and lemon provide a tangy balance. Special spices are carefully blended to enhance the flavor, complemented by potato, peas, and fresh cilantro. To thicken the curry, we use a touch of corn starch. Rest assured, there are no preservatives or artificial coloring — just pure, wholesome goodness in every bite.
