Meet Eula

Say hello to our Best Girl in our team, Eula. She has a friendly and upbeat personality that creates a positive and welcoming environment in the store resulting in customer satisfaction. 

Eula is highly versatile and confident in managing different areas—from produce and the cheese section (she even recommends great cheeses; her favorite is truffle cheese!) to the butcher section. Her commitment to her work ensures that tasks are completed efficiently every single day (she has sharp eyes and foresee everything!). She is quick and smart at resolving obstacles, maintaining a seamless operation and high standards across all areas. One of her secrets to staying productive is drinking at least three glasses of coffee—it keeps her energized and recharged throughout the day. (Ask her if she’s able to sleep at night!)

Outside work, Eula likes to remain active. She enjoys doing things that make occupied during her off days. Her dedication, consistent and strong work ethic shines in and out the workplace.

One of her favorite items at Dolma, which she recently tried, was our meatballs, and she said they’re flavorful and delicious.
