Cold pressed from a selection of the main and typical cultivars of the territory. A real olive juice, pressed, lightly filtered immediately after pressing and bottled. Rich in polyphenols. An oil with great personality and elegance. Medium-fruity, well-balanced bitterness and pungency with notes of fresh cut grass and artichoke. Excellent raw on meat, fish and vegetables dishes.
